Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced SAP Manufacturing consultant to lead end-to-end S/4HANA/PP-DS implementations for ETO, MTS, and MTO scenarios. You will drive design, workshops, and governance to achieve optimized production planning and data governance.

Work will involve cutting-edge SAP Fiori, RISE with SAP transformations, and global template deployments across complex manufacturing environments, with a focus on delivering value to clients in line with SAP Best Practices.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in complex manufacturing processes, engineering-driven production, and SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing capabilities, with hands-on experience implementing SAP PP/DS in Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), or complex assembly environments.
• Experience with RISE with SAP transformation programs.
• Experience of Working in Global template deployment projects.
• Strong and proven understanding of SAP manufacturing solutions available in S/4 HANA.
• Conversant with SAP Fiori apps, Workflows.
• Experience of project execution using Agile or Agile-Hybrid methodology.
• Create technical and functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW) to meet specific business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution design and discovery with business stakeholders.
• Define scalable manufacturing and engineering process architecture aligned with SAP Best Practices and RISE with SAP standards.
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and identify process gaps, enhancements, and optimization opportunities.
• Support migration from legacy manufacturing systems to S/4HANA.
• Define master data governance standards for engineering and manufacturing objects.
• Configure Embedded PP/DS (ePPDS) solution, including master data maintenance (Products, Locations, Resources, PDS) and advanced planning tools like the PP/DS Planning Board.
• Analyze and improve production planning processes, focusing on finite scheduling, capacity leveling, and material requirement planning in S/4HANA, using DDMRP, pMRP, and MRPLive
• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead implementation projects from blueprinting through testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), cutover, Go-Live, and hyper-care support.
• Advise clients as a trusted advisor on best practices for supply chain management, particularly regarding production sequencing, constraint management, and manufacturing efficiencies.

Salary Range : $130,000 to $150,000 Per Annum
