Job summary

Continental is seeking a SAP SD/ EWM expert to govern, optimize, and support SD processes within SAP S/4HANA. You will bridge business and IT teams, drive O2C excellence, pricing, delivery, billing, and master data alignment.

The role includes local BA implementations, workshops, data validation, and continuous improvement. You will lead SD workstreams, ensure data quality, support testing, and contribute to global templates while interacting with multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years experience in IT, business or related field.
• 2+ years SAP SD/ Customer Service experience (preferably S/4HANA).
• Experience in SAP implementations or rollouts.
• Proven experience in Order-to-Cash process optimization.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Up to 50% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Own and standardize local end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes (order entry, delivery, billing, invoicing, returns).
• Drive harmonization of SD processes across regions, plants, and distribution centers.
• Translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications.
• Lead SD workstream for local activities in S/4HANA implementations and rollouts.
• Develop training materials and SOPs; drive user adoption and best practices.
• Provide SD-related support and root-cause analysis; identify process improvements.
