Job summary

CACI International is seeking a SAP Software Test Engineer (FI/CO) to join the JTMS program in the United States. You will perform hands-on manual testing of SAP S/4HANA ERP integrations and collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners.

The role requires 5+ years of ERP/SAP testing, SAFe/Agile experience, and solid defect tracking via ServiceNow CWM. You will design test cases, execute tests, and document results to ensure reliable, scalable SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of manual software testing of large-scale ERP systems
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA testing experience, including workflows and integrations; SAP FI/CO preferred
• Solid understanding of SAFe, SDLC, and Agile development practices
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and good communication abilities
• ISTQB or similar testing certification is desirable
• Experience with ServiceNow CWM for Agile test management and defect tracking
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git
• Prior experience supporting federal agencies or DoD clients

Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis: Review user stories and functional requirements to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Test Development: Design, build, and maintain test scripts for SAP FI and CO modules, workflows, and integrations
• Comprehensive Testing: Execute functional testing across JTMS modules and customizations within a SAFe Agile framework
• Defect Management: Document defects with detailed steps, track issues to resolution
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with developers and business stakeholders to ensure full test coverage
• Test Documentation: Create and maintain test cases, data sets, and traceability matrices
• Agile Participation: Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other ceremonies
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance testing processes, tools, and QA practices
