Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SCM professional to design, optimize, implement and support end-to-end supply chain processes. You will work with stakeholders to drive process improvements across procurement, inventory, and planning, coordinating with technical teams for reporting and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP SCM / Supply Chain experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation (mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience with procurement, inventory management, and planning.
• Experience leading workshops with business stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SCM processes (Procurement, Inventory, Planning, Logistics).
• Drive business process workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Define and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes across modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams for reporting and integration requirements.
• Validate and review reports and analytics outputs to meet business needs.
• Coordinate integration scenarios with internal and external systems (APIs, middleware) from a functional perspective.
• Lead and support testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT).
• Develop and deliver end-user training and process documentation.
• Provide functional troubleshooting and post-go-live support.
