Job summary

Merit Consulting Group Inc. seeks a Senior SAP Material Master architect to own the S/4HANA Material Master solution, including data models, configurations, integrations, and interfaces.

You will drive end-to-end impact analysis across P2P, O2C, and finance, coordinating with SAP, PLM, and business teams. Expect leadership in governance, best-practice recommendations, and user training on Material Master processes and standards.

Qualifications

• SAP MM / SAP S/4HANA expertise required.
• Experience with end-to-end impact analysis for business processes and data.
• Strong knowledge of P2P, O2C, and Source-to-Pay processes.
• Experience in PLM-to-SAP integration and PLM interfaces.

Job description

• Own SAP Material Master solution architecture in S/4HANA.
• Analyze Material Master impact across P2P, O2C, Source-to-Pay, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Planning/MRP, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Perform end-to-end impact analysis for business, process, data, and system changes.
• Define Material Master data models, processes, configurations, integrations, and interfaces.
• Analyze downstream dependencies and affected applications/interfaces.
• Design and evaluate SAP S/4HANA Material Master solutions and architecture options.
• Lead PLM-to-SAP Material Master integration, preferably with Siemens Teamcenter.
• Understand PLM → SAP S/4HANA data flows, mappings, interfaces, and integration challenges.
• Collaborate with SAP, PLM, business, integration, and application teams.
• Establish Material Master governance, standards, and centralized operating processes.
• Provide functional/technical leadership and best-practice recommendations.
• Support and train business users on Material Master processes, standards, and best practices.
