Job summary

Woodward is offering an internship in Illinois for students majoring in Information Systems, MIS, Business Administration, Supply Chain Operations, Computer Science or Software Engineering. The role focuses on documenting and analyzing aerospace‑specific business processes in SAP S/4HANA, data validation and migration, and reporting.

You will work with engineering, procurement, and production teams to gather requirements, support system improvements, and prepare training materials.

Qualifications

• Must be a sophomore in an accredited program with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Interest in aerospace, SAP, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Document and analyze aerospace business processes in SAP S/4HANA (planning, production, procurement, inventory, quality).
• Support data validation, cleansing, and migration for materials, vendors, and production data.
• Assist in testing SAP enhancements, configurations, and integrations.
