Accenture is seeking a finance-minded SAP ERP Consultant to transform core accounting and finance operations on SAP S/4HANA. You will partner with CFOs and controllers, translate priorities into scalable finance solutions, and guide users through new ways of working across global delivery teams.

The role involves configuring SAP ERP, GL/AP/AR, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing; supporting testing, cutover, and hypercare; and applying GenAI in finance delivery.

Competenze

• 3+ years of functional experience in SAP Finance including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with SAP Asset Accounting/Fixed Assets; capitalization, depreciation, parallel ledger.
• 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or SAP Finance implementations in a configuration, functional, or delivery role.
• 3 years of finance transformation consulting experience—design, controllership, close optimization, or CFO advisory work.
• 1 year of experience serving Energy clients and/or the industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Mansioni

• Engage with client Finance stakeholders to translate current-state pain points into SAP S/4HANA Finance requirements.
• Contribute to business cases, roadmaps, and client presentations that articulate value of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions for the CFO agenda.
• Design and configure end-to-end Finance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing.
• Analyze finance process data to inform design, cleanse legacy data, and validate cutover readiness.
• Execute and coordinate system testing, defect triage, cutover activities, and hypercare for SAP Finance releases.
• Apply SAP’s Business AI capabilities and GenAI use cases in finance delivery.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Coach analysts and junior team members, contribute to internal assets and best practices.
