Accenture PLC is seeking a finance-minded SAP ERP Consultant to transform core accounting and finance operations on SAP S/4HANA ERP. You will blend deep GL and sub-ledger knowledge with strong delivery, communication, and offshore-team collaboration to align priorities and drive enterprise value.

You will design and configure end-to-end Finance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing, and guide users through new ways of working. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years functional SAP Finance experience (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing)
• 3+ years hands-on SAP Asset Accounting / Fixed Assets incl. capitalization, depreciation, parallel ledger
• 2+ end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or SAP Finance implementations in a configuration, functional, or delivery role
• 3+ years of finance transformation consulting (process design, controllership, close optimization or CFO advisory)
• 1 year experience serving Energy clients and/or the industry
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12+ years of work)

Responsabilités

• Engage with client Finance stakeholders to understand current pain points and translate into SAP S/4HANA Finance requirements
• Contribute to business cases, roadmaps, and client presentations for CFO agenda
• Design and configure end-to-end Finance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing
• Analyze finance data to inform design, cleanse legacy data, and validate cutover readiness
• Execute and coordinate system testing (unit, SIT, UAT), defect triage, cutover activities, and hypercare
• Apply SAP Business AI and GenAI in finance delivery to improve close, controls, and reporting
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams in a Global Delivery model
• Coach analysts and junior team members and contribute to internal assets and best practices
