Job summary

Aberdeen Advisors LLC is seeking an SAP S/4HANA EWM Super User to support a major warehouse transformation at client facilities. You will help warehouse personnel execute transactions and maintain business continuity during deployment, go-live, and hypercare.

Key duties include supporting inbound/outbound processes, stock movements, RF transactions, testing, and cutover readiness while coaching staff on standardized SAP processes. Travel will be approximately 80% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP EWM experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
• Working knowledge of inbound/outbound warehouse processes and inventory execution.
• Ability to troubleshoot SAP warehouse transactions and support operational end users.
• Experience with production support, implementations, or warehouse system rollouts.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite SAP EWM support to warehouse operators, supervisors, inventory teams, and shipping/receiving personnel.
• Support inbound receiving, putaway, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and inventory movements.
• Assist users with warehouse tasks, warehouse orders, handling units, and RF/mobile transactions where applicable.
• Troubleshoot operational errors involving stock availability, task execution, confirmations, and delivery processing.
• Support user acceptance testing, physical process validation, cutover, and go-live preparation.
• Coach warehouse employees on new SAP processes and standardized workflows.
• Escalate configuration, master-data, or integration issues to SAP EWM functional consultants.
• Coordinate with SD, TM, and manufacturing support teams to resolve end-to-end warehouse execution issues.
