Job summary

Quality & Reliability S.A. (QnR) is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Consultant (MM/SD/PP) to join our SAP Consulting team and drive implementation, rollout and transformation projects for clients across Greece and international markets.

You will translate business requirements into logistics solutions, configure and optimize MM/SD/PP modules, and collaborate with clients and technical teams from design through go-live and support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations in MM/SD/PP: 3 years (Mid) or 6+ years (Senior).
• Participation in at least one full-cycle implementation or rollout.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout and transformation projects across the full project lifecycle from requirements through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Analyze business requirements and design robust, scalable SAP solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Configure and optimise SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP) in accordance with business needs and best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications, coordinate testing activities and support end-user training.
• Collaborate with clients, technical teams and partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Mid level: deliver within your module under senior guidance; Senior level: lead workstreams and mentor juniors.

Role Overview

As an SAP S/4HANA Consultant (MM / SD / PP), you will join our SAP Consulting team and take part in implementation, rollout and transformation projects for clients across Greece and abroad. You will translate business requirements into well-designed logistics solutions, configure and optimise your modules, and work closely with client and technical teams from design through go-live and support. Depending on your level, you will either deliver within your module under senior guidance (Mid) or lead workstreams and mentor colleagues (Senior).

• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout and transformation projects across the full project lifecycle, from requirements through go-live and post-implementation support

What you bring:

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations in at least one of the MM, SD or PP modules: minimum 3 years (Mid) or 6+ years (Senior)
• Participation in at least one full-cycle implementation or rollout
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong English communication skills
• A collaborative approach and a firm commitment to quality and client success

Nice to have:

• SAP certification
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and cross-module integration
• Exposure in international projects
