Job summary

Tech Mirrors in Charlotte, NC is seeking a SAP Serrala Archiving Lead with 10+ years of experience. The role focuses on designing and implementing archiving solutions within SAP S/4HANA and integrating Serrala with enterprise content repositories.

You will manage retention policies, ILM, and data destruction controls while optimizing archiving performance and ensuring SOX/privacy compliance.

The position is contract-based with remote flexibility (up to 50% travel).

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation and solution design with Serrala archiving in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP archiving objects, ADK, AIS, ILM, retention rules, and data destruction controls.
• Experience integrating Serrala with SAP content repositories, OpenText, SAP Content Server, or similar ECM platforms.
• Understanding data volume management, archiving job scheduling, dependency sequencing, and performance optimization.
• Experience defining retention policies and complying with SOX, privacy, and records management requirements.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA conversion or transformation scenarios, including legacy data disposition and cutover.
