Job summary

The S/4HANA Finance Functional Analyst at Ford will implement SAP Group Reporting and Statutory Reporting enhancements in new markets, aligned with enterprise IT standards. You will collaborate across business and IT teams, SI partners, and project teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions and sustain operational excellence.

Strong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, and clear communication to technical and business audiences are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business (Finance), Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation projects.
• 2+ years in SAP Group Reporting and DRC for Statutory Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI GL and Consolidations processes.
• Experience with Fit-Gap analysis, requirements gathering, testing and training.
• Experience with system integrators, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile PM tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with Agile, iterative, and test-driven delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and Statutory Reporting implementations from requirements through go-live.
• Drive design discussions and resolve functional/technical issues timely.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and integrators to ensure project delivery.

The S/4HANA Finance Functional Analyst will implement SAP Group Reporting and Statutory Reporting (DRC) enhancements in new markets, aligned with business objectives and Ford Motor Company enterprise IT standards. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and project teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions, improve processes, and sustain operational excellence.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience managing cross-functional teams, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and business audiences.

• Working on SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting/Statutory Reporting (DRC) implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and hyper-care support.

• Drive design discussions and ensure timely resolution of functional and technical issues.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
• Work with system integrators to design, document, and deliver SAP configurations and customizations.
• Manage enhancements, interfaces, reports, workflow solutions, and data conversion activities.
• Evaluate and recommend new SAP features, technologies, and release enhancements aligned with enterprise IT strategy.
• Agile project management tools like Jira and ensure accurate tracking of project status and deliverables.
• Plan, coordinate, and support functional, integration, security, and user acceptance testing.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and SAP system efficiency.

This position is a salary grade 7-8 and ranges from $86,600-$166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

• S4Hana SAP Finance Functional certification
• S4HANA DRC for Statutory Reporting will be added advantage
• Experience working on large-scale SAP S4HANA deployments for multi-national organizations across the world in multiple regions.
• Knowledge of SAP reporting solutions and report design/testing.
• Experience supporting release management, data migration, and post-go-live support activities
• Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business (Finance), Engineering, or a related field.
