The role focuses on documenting and analyzing aerospace‑specific business processes in SAP S/4HANA, data validation and migration, and reporting.
You will work with engineering, procurement, and production teams to gather requirements, support system improvements, and prepare training materials.

The purpose of an internship at Woodward is to provide students with the opportunity to gain exposure and “real life” business acumen within the Aerospace and Energy Industry. Our internships also provide students with the opportunity to learn and gain practical experience and to work in areas related to their academic and/or career interests. Gain hands‑on experience while working on challenging projects, network with professionals and learn from some of the brightest minds in business. The experience also gives the intern opportunity for potential full‑time employment with the company.
What you will be doing Assist in documenting and analyzing aerospace‑specific business processes within SAP S/4HANA (e.g., planning, production, procurement, inventory and quality management data). Support data validation, cleansing, and migration activities for materials, vendors, and production data. Participate in testing and troubleshooting SAP enhancements, configurations, and integrations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, procurement, and production to gather requirements and support system improvements. Help prepare training materials and user documentation for SAP end‑users in aerospace operations. Contribute to reporting and dashboard development using SAP Fiori or embedded analytics tools.
Must be at least a sophomore in an accredited College or University program and have an acceptable grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
No experience required. Previous internship or other working experience, a plus.
