Job description

SAP S / 4-HANA Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) Developer for Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM)

Duration : 12 Months

Location : Remote, Need to be onsite 1 week in a month

Description of Duties

Design and develop custom objects, enhancements, reports, and interfaces using SAP ABAP on SAP S / 4 HANA.

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing ABAP programs for performance and compliance with clean core principles.

Collaborate with FI / CO and MM functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Participate in the design and implementation of WRICE objects for Finance and Inventory Management processes.

Ensure all developments are aligned with SAP S / 4HANA extensibility and upgrade-safe practices.

Stay current with SAP S / 4HANA innovations and contribute to continuous improvement of SAP solutions.

Provide deep understanding of SAP SOM: Business Partners, Products, Subscription Orders, Subscription Contracts including BTMF process.

Perform highly complex work across multiple functional areas within SAP.

Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment.

Recommend and share coding best practices with project team members.

Take ownership of assigned tasks.

Document all work thoroughly, including designs, test plans, impact analysis, lessons learned, and best practices, following client templates.

Develop and maintain relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and clients.

Lead and participate in project activities related to enterprise systems.

Work independently to accomplish assigned tasks.

Follow all client standards, policies, and procedures.

Utilize various software and technology tools to perform duties.

Desired Skillset

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in S / 4 HANA BRIM module.

Must have SAP BRIM / SOM / CI implementation experience.

Hands-on experience with SAP technical areas such as SOM One Order Framework, GENIL / BOL programming, Fiori, Gateway, OData, and Advanced ABAP including CDS Views.

Experience in Fiori App development (Transactional and Web UI Apps).

Experience in SAP ODATA Service / REST API development, troubleshooting, and JSON file generation, with Extension Method implementation.

Experience developing ODATA using RAP and other SAP recommended technologies.

Experience across SAP BRIM / SOM / CC / CI / FI / CO modules is an advantage.

Experience using BAS and BTP.

Knowledge of Inventory / Warehouse and FI modules is a plus.

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within diverse teams.

7 years of BRIM and SAP S / 4 HANA ABAP experience.

Experience as a developer or SME on at least 2 system implementation projects.

Educational qualifications or equivalent experience accepted.

Ability to work independently.

Certifications / Education
