Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company is seeking a Quality ERP Integration Engineer to design, implement, and optimize SAP QM processes. You will bridge Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and IT to ensure data-driven quality across ERP.

The role requires deep SAP QM knowledge, 5+ years in quality/ERP spaces, and experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations. Expect collaboration in a regulated manufacturing environment and strong emphasis on validation and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or Information Systems.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Systems, or ERP environments.
• Hands-on SAP QM experience and SAP implementation/enhancement experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize SAP QM master data and workflows (Inspection Planning, Inspection Lots, Quality Certificates).
• Lead ERP integration projects across QM with MM, PP, WM/EWM, SD, and PM modules.
• Develop functional specs and validate system changes; support QA and compliance activities.
