Job summary

EDF power solutions North America seeks a SAP QA Lead to drive our SAP quality assurance strategy and testing across on-site and offshore teams. You will guide automation using Tricentis Tosca, shape testing standards, and collaborate with SAP functional and development teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong SAP module knowledge, and experience managing distributed teams, with a focus on CI/CD and continuous improvement in QA practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, with a strong focus on SAP.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or Manager, with a track record of directing teams and delivering quality results.
• Experience managing offshore or distributed teams and familiarity with global delivery models.
• Deep hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca for SAP automation and end-to-end testing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the SAP QA testing strategy, framework, and roadmap.
• Leads and mentors QA teams, including offshore resources, and ensures quality standards.
• Speaks to automated testing initiatives and CI/CD integration for SAP solutions.
• Defines quality metrics, acceptance criteria, and testing scope for SAP projects.
• Oversees testing lifecycle from planning to defect reporting and governance.
