Capgemini in Houston seeks an SAP PTP, Inventory Management (IM) & EAM SME to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions across MM, IM, and EAM/PM. You will map business needs to SAP functionalities and lead bids at director levels when required.

You will coordinate testing, provide Level 2/3 support, and work with procurement, warehouse, and finance stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient processes. A Bachelor's degree is required and the base US compensation is disclosed in the posting.

• Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, vendor management, and payment processing.
• Manage and optimize Inventory Management processes, including goods movements, stock transfers, inventory reconciliation, batch management, and physical inventory.
• Provide functional expertise across SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance, including maintenance notifications, work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment management, maintenance planning, and spare parts management.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions and process improvements.
• Support SAP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive effective integration across SAP MM, IM, EAM/PM, WM/EWM, FI/CO, and WM/EWM.
• Coordinate Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, troubleshoot complex functional issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Partner with procurement, supply chain, warehouse, maintenance, manufacturing, and finance stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business requirements.
• Support SAP master data management, governance, audit, and regulatory compliance requirements.
