Job summary

TechDigital Group is looking for a skilled SAP PS Project Systems professional with extensive experience in S4 HANA or S4 HANA Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing documentation, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring high-quality functional testing.

This role demands deep expertise in configuring complex project structures and integrating project systems with investment management. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and ensuring alignment with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 12 years of SAP PS Project Systems experience, preferably with S4 HANA or S4 HANA Cloud.
• Experience with configuring and maintaining complex project structures including settlement rules and reporting requirements.
• Ability to create custom reports and integrate project systems with investment management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
• Coordinate with technical team to discuss and develop new customer requirements.
• Perform functional and regression testing and develop automation scripts.

Qualifications

• 12 years of SAP PS Project Systems experience, preferably S4 HANA or S4 HANA Cloud
• Experience configuring and maintaining complex project structures
• Experience configuring settlement rules
• Experience integrating Project Systems to Fixed Assets and to Purchasing MM
• Experience satisfying reporting requirements for projects
• Ability to design custom reports to meet information requirements
• Experience integrating Project Systems with Investment Management
• Experience creating and supporting Investment Program hierarchies
• Experience creating and supporting complex investment programs with multiple levels
• Experience integrating Investment Management with Project Systems
• Experience creating master and transactional data migration from legacy
• Experience with mid-year go live for Project Systems
• Experience with Media Industry Content accounting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals
• Coordinate with technical team to discuss the customer requirements and develop new requirements, preparing the user manual with the required master data
• Functional testing (SIT). Regression testing. Defect retest
• Automation: develop test scripts, batch jobs and execute as per business process and requirements
• Act as a point of escalation for complex and high-priority customer issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Create root cause analysis for critical issues and put in place necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects
• Collaborate closely with product management, development and QA teams to provide feedback on product improvements, influence product design and ensure alignment with customer needs
• Provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for support processes, workflows and identify opportunities for innovation, automation and efficiency enhancements
