Job summary

Accenture is seeking a results-driven PMO leader to drive SAP transformation programs in a dynamic, global setting. You will establish governance, manage multi-workstream delivery, and leverage Jira, Azure DevOps, and Power BI to enable data-driven decisions.

You will coach teams, align stakeholders, and apply GenAI-enabled capabilities to increase delivery efficiency and visibility while ensuring high-quality outcomes within complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a PMO function or program management workstream, ensuring effective governance, reporting, planning, communications, and stakeholder management.
• Establish and continuously improve ways of working, tools, governance processes, and reporting structures.
• Partner across delivery leadership, enablement teams, and workstreams to operationalize PMO frameworks and toolsets.
• Manage and coordinate program activities across multiple workstreams, aligning scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and objectives.
• Coordinate phase gate and readiness activities across workstreams, tracking evidence and readiness gaps.
• Lead the team with direction, coaching, and hands-on support; remove obstacles and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client and internal stakeholders, providing recommendations and insights.
• Drive timely decision-making by synthesizing information and coordinating stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated plans, dashboards, status reports, risk logs and PMO artifacts.
• Identify risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies; perform root-cause analysis and mitigation.
• Support executive governance meetings with materials and actionable insights.
• Apply AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to modernize PMO operations and governance.
• Monitor program metrics and performance indicators to provide actionable recommendations.

The Work:

• Lead a PMO function or program management workstream, ensuring effective execution of governance activities, reporting, planning, communications, and stakeholder management processes.

• Establish and continuously improve ways of working, tools, governance processes, and reporting structures tailored to the client's needs and aligned with SAP delivery leading practices and Accenture methodologies.

• Partner across delivery leadership, enablement teams, and workstreams to operationalize Accenture program management frameworks and toolsets, including Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, standardized templates, governance routines, and reporting cadences that enable consistent operational execution.

• Manage and coordinate program activities across multiple workstreams, helping ensure alignment on scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, issues, and overall program objectives .

• Coordinate phase gate and readiness activities across workstreams, validating progress against defined entry and exit criteria, tracking required evidence, identifying readiness gaps, and driving owners to closure ahead of key milestones and governance decisions.

• Lead your team with clear direction, coaching, and hands‑on support, removing obstacles, fostering accountability, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client and internal stakeholders within your area of responsibility, providing recommendations, communicating program insights, and supporting effective decision‑making.

• Drive timely decision‑making by synthesizing complex information, presenting clear options and recommendations, and coordinating stakeholders to achieve alignment and action.

• Develop, maintain , and monitor integrated plans, dashboards, status reports, action logs, risk registers, and other PMO artifacts that provide transparency into program performance and health.

• Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies proactively, performing root‑cause analysis, recommending mitigation strategies, and driving resolution through appropriate governance channels.

• Support executive governance meetings and steering committees by preparing materials, analyzing program data, highlighting key decisions, and communicating actionable insights.

• Apply AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics capabilities to modernize PMO operations, streamline reporting, improve planning accuracy, enhance governance processes, and increase overall delivery effectiveness.

• Monitor program metrics and performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations that help
