Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional in the Technical Consulting team focused on SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will design and deliver SAP technology solutions to improve client performance, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.

You will manage a hybrid team across offshore and onshore locations, leveraging strong functional SAP Manufacturing knowledge and business acumen to deliver high‑quality SAP projects.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4‑year) required.
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the Production Planning (PP) module.
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver project deliverables on deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream with project-based team members in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Insight into best practices and advisory roles in industry production, quality management, and technology.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Overview

Your Key Responsibilities

• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Insight into best practices, benchmarking, peer company environments, and previous advisory roles pertinent to industry‑specific production, quality management, and technology functions.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40–60%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience with a focus on leading project teams.
• SAP Certifications in SAP Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related production execution modules.
• Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Intercompany, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) or Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) Live.
• Experience with at least three full‑cycle implementations of SAP PP and/or QM in S/4 HANA.
• Experience with new manufacturing offerings in SAP S/4 HANA, such as Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) and Product Engineering and Operations (PEO).
• Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
