Relocation: Must relocate to Columbus, OH and work 3 days per week onsite upon conversion.

About the Role

Join a dynamic enterprise team supporting a new SAP system used by the entire organization. We’re seeking an SAP Principal Engineer with deep architectural expertise and the ability to review ABAP code, coach developers, and guide solution design across PM, MM, FI/CO, and GRC. This is a technical leadership role requiring strong functional understanding to bridge business and engineering.

What You’ll Do

• Review ABAP code for performance, quality, and security; provide hands‑on coaching and best practices to developers.
• Own end‑to‑end SAP solution architecture spanning PM, MM, FI/CO, and GRC; align designs to enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, functional leads, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Define and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and CI/CD for SAP (e.g., CTS+, gCTS, ATC checks).
• Lead design reviews, resolve complex integration issues, and ensure audit/compliance requirements are met.
