Avance Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP PP & Manufacturing Transformation Lead to steer end-to-end SAP Production Planning and manufacturing transformations for a manufacturing client in the United States. The role focuses on defining the target operating model, shaping the SAP S/4HANA manufacturing roadmap, and guiding business and IT stakeholders on best practices.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years SAP experience with PP and manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle SAP implementations or transformations.
• Strong client-facing consulting and executive stakeholder skills.
• Deep understanding of MRP, production planning, shop-floor execution, and supply chain interdependencies.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end SAP PP and manufacturing transformation programmes from assessment through value realization.
• Define global template, operating model, and roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing.
• Own solution design and architecture across demand management, MRP, and shop-floor execution.
• Govern master data, integrations, and deployment strategies across plants and regions.
• Oversee AMS delivery, incidents, changes, and SLA performance.
