Job summary

MAM Gruppe is seeking a SAP PP/PM Functional Consultant to act as the primary architect for Production Planning, Shop Floor Execution, and Plant Maintenance across SAP S/4HANA in the Chicago area. You will own end-to-end SAP PP/PM functionality, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and guide localization efforts for multiple sites.

A background in ECC/S/4HANA implementations and strong master data knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years hands-on SAP Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) experience with end-to-end process knowledge.
• 3+ full lifecycle SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience with MRP, demand/forecasting, process industry production planning, shop floor execution, and Quality Management.
• Deep master data knowledge: Resources, BOMs, Recipes, Production Versions, Equipment, Functional Locations, Preventative Maintenance Plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, or IT; ASCM CPIM or SAP PP Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP PP/PM functionality end-to-end - configuration, enhancements, and technical design specs for ABAP development.
• Support production incidents and service requests alongside new SDLC configuration/development.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and business partners on successful implementations.
• Own current and new localization for M&A locations, and guide external consultants on localization requests.
