Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Portal System Administrator to support web-based government applications, integrate back-end systems, and ensure secure, scalable access. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Windows and Linux server environments hosting enterprise apps in Federal environments.
• Hands-on administration and support of Control‑M and Enterprise Manager.
• Experience with formal change, incident and problem management processes.
• Ability to monitor, log, and performance tune multiple applications.
• Experience supporting enterprise SAP applications and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of web-based applications and online customer service platforms.
• Develop site concepts, interface designs, and web architectures for new and existing apps.
• Implement and support integrations to ensure seamless operation.
• Administer and maintain Project Office Portal, CRDB, Control-M, LDAP, Fortify, BI/EDW, BOBJ, ESS/MSS, MII and Web Dynpro apps.
• Manage and support Amazon WorkSpaces and related cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain apps using ASP, HTML, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Access and DBMS tech (Oracle, Sybase).
• Write and optimize SQL queries in SQL Server and Oracle.
• Ensure security using Kerberos, protocols and SAP security roles.
• Support SSO integration, CAMS and MII within SAP environments.
• Provide support for Apache, NetWeaver and related web servers.
• Use HTML, Java, JavaScript, LDAP, PERL, PHP, .Net, Oracle PL/SQL and APEX.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows, Unix and Linux systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver web solutions.
• Perform admin, monitoring, and performance tuning of portal systems and databases.
• Ensure IT Level 1 and IAT Level 2 compliance.
