Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a SAP Portal Administrator to support development and administration of web-based applications for US federal agencies. You will administer SAP portal systems, manage integrations with Oracle/Sybase, and ensure secure access via Kerberos/SSO within Windows, Unix, and Linux environments.

You will develop and optimize applications and SQL queries across multiple platforms, monitor performance, and follow formal change and incident processes to support production

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows and Linux server environments hosting enterprise apps.
• Hands-on Control-M administration and Enterprise Manager.
• Experience with change and incident management processes.
• Ability to monitor, log, and tune performance for multiple apps.
• Experience supporting enterprise SAP applications and integrations.
• Strong Java and web tech skills; security protocols.
• US citizenship with active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support web-based applications and online customer service platforms for federal agencies.
• Administer SAP portal systems including Project Office Portal, Control-M, LDAP, Fortify, SAP BI/EDW, BusinessObjects, ESS/MSS, MII, and Web Dynpro applications.
• Implement and support integrations between web interfaces and backend systems including Oracle, Sybase databases, and LDAP directory services.
• Manage Amazon WorkSpaces cloud environments and ensure secure access through Kerberos, SSO, CAMS, and SAP security role structures.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications and SQL queries using Java, ASP, JavaScript, Visual Basic, HTML, Oracle PL/SQL, and APEX across Windows, Unix, and Linux environments.
• Perform monitoring, logging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of portal systems and databases in production environments with formal change and incident management processes.

This role provides technical support for building customer service platforms, managing portal systems, integrating backend infrastructure, and maintaining enterprise SAP environments.

What You'll Do

• Support development of web-based applications and online customer service platforms for federal agencies
• Administer and maintain SAP portal systems including Project Office Portal, Control-M, LDAP, Fortify, SAP BI/EDW, BusinessObjects, ESS/MSS, MII, and Web Dynpro applications
• Implement and support integrations between web interfaces and backend systems including Oracle, Sybase databases, and LDAP directory services
• Manage Amazon WorkSpaces cloud environments and ensure secure access through Kerberos, SSO, CAMS, and SAP security role structures

What You Need

• Experience with Windows and Linux server environments hosting enterprise applications in Federal or Department of War environments
• Hands-on administration and support of Control-M including Enterprise Manager for job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting production systems with formal change, incident, and problem management processes
• Ability to perform monitoring, logging, and performance tuning for multiple applications
• Experience supporting enterprise SAP applications and integrations
• Strong Java coding skills and experience with web technologies, SAP-related tools, and security protocols
• US citizenship with no dual citizenship and an active Secret clearance

Nice to Have

• Hands-on administration of MS Project Office Portal, LDAP, Fortify, SAP BI/EDW, BusinessObjects, ESS/MSS, MII, and Web Dynpro applications
• Amazon WorkSpaces provisioning, configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting
• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python for routine administration and monitoring
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes
• Relevant certifications including AWS Certified, Azure Certified, SAP, Control-M, or ITIL certifications
• Linux system administration expertise
