Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Hands-on experience in functional design and configuration with SAP plant maintenance & customer service modules
• Industry Specific Utility modules – ISU
• Hands-on experience in functional design and configuration with SAP Enterprise Asset Management
• Experience in Production Support utilizing ITIL practices for Incident, Change and Problem Management
• Create utilities industry specific solution designs to plan define and execute complex, interdependent work
• Extensive experience in implementation or support within the Utilities Industry environment
• Experience in integration of SAP modules with NON SAP applications including GIS
• Utilities Industry experience with EAM solutions including SAP, SAP Screen Personas Spatial Asset management, Asset performance management, Ventyx (Hitachi) etc.; knowledge of Handheld Wireless Devices, RFID, ESRI Spatial solutions technologies
