Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking a SAP Plant Maintenance consultant for a 3-month rolling assignment based in London. This role involves working on a SAP S/4 HANA upgrade project and leading system implementation tasks, managing stakeholder requirements, and guiding best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in regulated manufacturing, a mastery of SAP PM, and the ability to manage multi-site change initiatives. This position requires hybrid attendance with one day per week onsite during the design phase.

Qualifications

• Strong background in regulated manufacturing, particularly plant management.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (S/4HANA and ECC).
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical detail into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead/support system implementation and ensure deliverables from project phases.
• Manage multiple stakeholder groups translating business needs into requirements.
• Provide guidance on SAP functions and best practices.
