Randstad Digital is seeking an SAP PaPM Specialist to lead design, configuration, and optimization of cost allocation, profitability, and performance management models within a high-priority S/4HANA transformation in Washington, DC. You will work with Finance, Controlling, and external partners to deliver auditable frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires deep PaPM experience, S/4HANA Finance knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience designing and configuring SAP PaPM models for allocation, cost, profitability, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations, CO-PA/Finance & Controlling, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Ability to translate complex financial rules into scalable calculation models and workflow functions.

Aufgaben

• Design, configure, and optimize complex calculation models, allocation rules, and profitability frameworks in PaPM.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable financial solutions.
• Coordinate with SAP teams and partners to define logic, validate results, and ensure S/4HANA integration.
• Deliver insights on cost allocations, profitability, and performance metrics for reporting.
• Validate data accuracy, maintain rule integrity, and ensure auditability across PaPM models.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization post-implementation.
