Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design and configuration of SAP SOM processes including order capture, pricing, billing, and customer management.
• Architect and implement SAP BRIM components including Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Contract Accounting (FI-CA).
• Ensure seamless integration between SOM and BRIM components for subscription-based and usage-based business models.

Project Leadership

• Manage full-cycle SAP OTC and BRIM implementations, including blueprinting, realization, testing, and go-live.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and IT to ensure solution alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide expert-level support during UAT and deployment.

Integration & Collaboration

• Ensure robust integration with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, and external systems via middleware (SAP CPI, PI/PO).
• Work closely with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments and enhancements.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive innovation and process optimization within the OTC and BRIM domains.
• Stay updated on SAP roadmap for BRIM and S/4HANA Sales and recommend adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Functional Expertise: Strong hands‑on experience in SAP SOM and SD modules.
• Proven expertise in SAP BRIM components: SOM, CC, CI, FI‑CA.
• Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, usage rating, and convergent billing.

Project Experience

• Minimum 12 years of SAP experience with at least 3 full‑cycle implementations in OTC and BRIM.
• Experience in leading global rollouts and managing complex subscription‑based business models.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and lead functional teams.
