Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and other departments to align in‑store activities with broader business goals.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for SAP Retail solutions.
• Support configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP Retail modules, particularly in‑store merchandising and inventory management.
• In‑Store Merchandise and Inventory Management (MIM) functionality:
  • Oversee purchase orders, customer orders, promotions, goods movements, and physical inventory counts at the store level.
  • Work with master data—including article master, vendor master, and store master—to ensure data accuracy and consistency within SAP.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor stock levels and goods movements in real time using SAP tools.
    • Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts.
    • Oversee and manage stock counts to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with SAP Retail modules: SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Advanced Available to Promise (aATP), and SAP CAR Omnichannel Article Availability and Sourcing (OAA).
• Strong understanding of retail processes, including in‑store operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Experience with SAP implementation, data analysis, and reporting skills.

Nice to Have

• Direct Store Delivery experience.

• Must be a U.S. citizen (no dual citizenship).

Compensation

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable compensation ranges for hired roles based on labor costs in the following states: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is $76,100—$136,700 USD.
