Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP OTC delivering leader to work with business stakeholders, design and implement SAP S/4HANA OTC solutions, including order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, and billing. You will guide workstreams from planning through closure, manage teams, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will collaborate across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules to ensure end-to-end process design, with 40–60% travel and a hybrid work model in a client-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP Order-to-Cash experience with hands-on config and design.
• Proven experience leading SAP workstreams or small projects end-to-end.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC (order management, pricing, ATP, delivery, billing).
• Experience facilitating client workshops and translating requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Ability to manage deliverables, track milestones, and report risks to stakeholders.
• Experience across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules for end-to-end design.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning, execution and closure of workstreams.
• Design and implement SAP OTC architecture including order-to-cash processes.
• Manage and mentor teams; oversee staff development and practice management.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and design end-to-end OTC solutions.
• Demonstrate technical depth and strong business acumen in project delivery.
• Deliver high-quality client services and monitor risk and outcomes.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
