Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM Consultant/Manager to lead end-to-end procurement and inventory implementations for diverse industries in the United States. The role requires hands-on SAP MM configuration, P2P process expertise, and a passion for driving supply chain efficiency through technology.

You will lead blueprint through go-live, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with clients to align processes with best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years hands-on SAP MM/S/4HANA MM experience.
Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP MM or S/4HANA implementations, one as functional lead.
2+ years with SAP S/4HANA MM configuration— purchasing, material master, inventory.
Experience in Consumer Goods or similar industries and in advisory/consulting.
Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of work experience (or Associate’s with 6 years).

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA MM implementations from blueprint to go-live and hypercare.
Configure MM components: purchasing org structures, material master, purchase info records.
Design and optimize procure-to-pay flows: PRs, POs, GR/IR, MIRO/MIR4, FI/AP integration.
Facilitate design workshops and drive process alignment with client teams.
Lead SIT/UAT and cutover planning; develop config workbooks, specs, and test scripts.
Mentor junior MM consultants and build client capability.
