Job summary

Reflector Entertainment Ltd. is seeking an SAP MM/PP Functional Analyst to bridge technology and operations across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and inventory.

You will partner with Finance, Quality, R&D, Procurement, Production, Shipping, and Inventory teams to optimize processes, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement; you will analyze business processes, troubleshoot issues, and develop SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience supporting SAP MM and/or PP modules.
• Strong understanding of material master data and ERP processes.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, or production environments.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Experience with data management, governance, and reporting.
• Knowledge of shipping, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SAP MM and PP processes across the organization.
• Manage material master data for accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with Finance, Quality, R&D, Procurement, Production, Shipping, and Inventory teams.
• Analyze processes and recommend system improvements.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues and provide timely end-user solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, flows, and SOPs.
• Support data governance initiatives and data quality.
• Generate reports to support decisions.
• Assist with SAP enhancements, testing, implementations, and upgrades.
• Train users and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Participate in audits and ensure policy compliance.
