Job summary

StarTekk Inc in Texas is seeking an experienced SAP MM Architect/Functional Consultant to lead requirements workshops, design optimized P2P, Inventory Management and Material Valuation processes, and ensure seamless MM integration with FI/CO, SD, PP and QM.

The role involves configuring SAP MM, managing master data, testing, data migration support, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and ABAP teams, delivering solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience, with 6+ years in SAP MM.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and design P2P, Inventory Mgmt, and Material Valuation.
• Configure SAP MM modules including org structure, master data, pricing, and planning.
• Ensure SAP MM integrates with FI/CO, SD, PP, QM.
• Translate business needs into functional specs for ABAP teams.
• Lead testing (Unit, UAT) and data migration support.
• Strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead business workshops to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design optimized Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, and Material Valuation processes.
• Configure SAP MM modules, including organizational structure, master data, pricing schemas, and consumption-based planning.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with core SAP modules including FI/CO, SD, PP, and QM.
• Lead testing activities by preparing test scripts, executing unit tests, managing UAT, and supporting data migration.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex SAP MM incidents and production issues.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for ABAP teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, testing teams, and technical developers.
• Provide functional leadership throughout implementation and support activities.
• Ensure SAP MM solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices.

• 6+ years of hands-on SAP MM experience
• Strong experience as an SAP MM Functional Consultant / Architect
• Proven experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and Material Valuation
• Hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration
• Experience with SAP MM integration with FI/CO, SD, PP, and QM
