Job summary

A multinational consulting firm based in the United States is seeking a professional with strong problem-solving skills to manage Service tickets and interface resolutions. Candidates should possess knowledge of SAP S4 HANA 1909, alongside experience in troubleshooting PTP issues and an understanding of Warehouse Operations. Additionally, knowledge of interfaces with third-party systems such as SAP AIF and familiarity with ABAP programming will be beneficial. This role requires the ability to work on support or project work as situations demand.

Qualifications

• Hands on ability to independently resolve Service tickets.
• Strong understanding of Configuration for SO, PO/STO processes.
• Good knowledge on testing with SAP SOLMAN and HP ALM.

Job description

• Hands on – Ability to independently drive resolution for Service tickets created.
• Interact with Business and IT teams as necessary to drive resolution of issues.
• Handle interfaces with third party systems.
• Ability to support S4 HANA 1909
• Knowledge of PTP, SD and Logistics processes
• Configuration of SO, PO/STO Processes
• Configuration of Pricing procedures along with Access sequence for different types of POs.
• Good knowledge on Vendor Consignment end to end process.
• Ability to work and troubleshoot ED I and AIF scenarios
• Good knowledge of Interfaces with third party systems
• Integration with MM and FI
• Troubleshooting the PTP issues
• Must be willing to work on support or project work as the situation demands
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Operations and adjustments like Cycle Count adjustments, 4 wall adjustments
• Knowledge of Interfaces, preferably using SAP AIF
• Knowledge of SAP SOLMAN and HP ALM testing
• Knowledge of ABAP programming and technical areas
