Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) seeks a SAP Materials Analyst to support the Materials Department in managing SAP data for supply chain and production teams. You will ensure accurate master data, assist with BoMs, and drive data integrity in a dynamic environment.

Based in Mission, TX, the role operates on a 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm). Required: 2+ years SAP experience, strong attention to detail, and solid communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in master data management and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update SAP system data by adding and updating part numbers and uploading bill of Materials (BoMs).
• Implement Deviations and Change of Engineering (CN) in SAP to ensure accurate data management.
• Coordinate the Change of Engineering (CN) and Deviation (DEV) processes from a material perspective.
• Analyze Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory reports and work with planning, purchasing, engineering, and production teams to minimize waste.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for master data processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
