Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Material Master Data specialist to support SAP Material Master records for North America, including MRO parts, raw materials, and consumables. You will maintain data integrity, descriptions, vendor info, and GL links within the SAP ecosystem.

The role requires experience with ERP/inventory systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in material management or accounting
• ERP or inventory parts systems experience preferred
• Bachelor degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP Material Master data records across North America.
• Link materials across multiple computer systems.
• Maintain vendor records, classifications, GL links, and change/update requests.
• Ensure material numbers are linked to correct GL accounts and classifications.
• Provide analysis of material records and item specifications.
• Create and upload material descriptions and manage master material projects.
• Monitor Materials PO activity for correct usage.
• Support purchasing with material activity reporting and other projects.
