Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP leader to drive manufacturing transformations for Aerospace & Defense clients. You will translate client goals into actionable SAP-based roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and architect end-to-end solutions that maximize business value across global deployments.

Role requires deep SAP Manufacturing and S/4 experience, advisory background, and the ability to guide complex programs with onsite client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience and proven technical and functional skills with SAP Manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Aerospace & Defense clients, including leading design decisions and go-live activities.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Aerospace & Defense clients.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams, including in a Global Delivery Model.
• Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client executives on business challenges/trends and potential value of SAP solutions.
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through business cases and roadmaps, including sales origination and client presentations.
• Architect end-to-end solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, and partner solutions.
• Advise, design and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging SAP solutions.
• Lead small teams – onsite with clients or within Accenture.
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations across the area of expertise to be a trusted advisor.
• Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices for the next level of transformation experts.
