Job summary

Accenture's SAP practice seeks a seasoned SAP Manufacturing leader to drive end-to-end transformation programs for aerospace & defense clients, leveraging SAP S/4HANA and Supply Chain capabilities. You will define roadmaps, lead design decisions, and guide delivery teams to deliver measurable business value across global markets.

The role requires 7+ years in SAP Manufacturing, 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, advisory experience, and a bachelor's degree, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience with SAP Manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP projects in Aerospace & Defense, including leading design decisions and workshops, and system build/testing/cutover/go-live.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, with project planning and solution architecture.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams, including Global Delivery Model.
• Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP transformation programs for manufacturing and supply chain domains.
• Architect end-to-end SAP solutions leveraging SAP technologies and partner add-ons.
• Define business cases and roadmaps, including sales origination and client presentations.
• Advise, design and deliver solutions based on industry best practices.
• Lead small delivery teams onsite or with Accenture teams worldwide.
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations across area of expertise.
