Job summary

Accenture's SAP practice is looking for a seasoned leader to drive SAP Manufacturing transformations for Aerospace & Defense clients. You will architect end-to-end SAP solutions, lead delivery teams, and shape roadmaps through strong business cases.

Travel may be required; you will collaborate with executives, build assets, and stay current with regulations and innovations across SAP platforms to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years experience and proven technical and functional skills with SAP Manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Aerospace & Defense clients including workshops, design decisions, and SAP build/configuration/testing.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations with project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for A&D clients.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams, including in a Global Delivery Model.
• Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Responsibilities

• Engage with client executives on business challenges/trends and the value of SAP solutions.
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through business cases and roadmaps including during sales origination and proposals.
• Architect end-to-end SAP solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom apps, and partner add-ons.
• Advise, design and deliver solutions based on industry and technology best practices leveraging SAP and embedded innovation.
• Lead small teams onsite with clients or within Accenture.
• Become a trusted advisor to clients, team, and leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations.
• Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices and develop the next level of transformation experts.
