Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an SAP Manufacturing Consultant to design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes in SAP S/4HANA, focusing on PP, QM, EHS, classification, and batch management. You will align with MES/PLM integrations and guide cross-functional teams across MM, SD, FI/CO, CO, and PS.

You will lead workshops, architect scalable solutions, define production processes, and support advanced planning like MRP, pMRP, and ePP/DS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP experience across PP, QM, EHS, Classification and Batch Management.
• Proven experience leading functional and cross-functional SAP projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture requirements and design scalable SAP manufacturing solutions.
• Demonstrate strong integration with MM, SD, FI/CO, and embedded EWM.
• Manage ECM processes and oversee updates of materials, BOMs, and routings via PLM ECNs.
• Define and configure production planning, shop floor execution, and batch traceability.
• Design and support MRP, pMRP, and ePP/DS planning scenarios.
• Develop and validate quality processes including inspections and CAPA.
• Collaborate with technical teams to meet functional requirements.
• Lead business process design, system analysis, and solution architecture.
• Coordinate architects, developers, BASIS, Middleware, Portal teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Support SAP- MES/PLM integrations (Siemens PLM, PLMSI) and ongoing enhancements.
• Develop test strategies and manage integration, regression, and UAT cycles.
• Assist with planning, budgeting, staffing, and broader manufacturing transformation efforts.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
