VLink Inc. in Houston is seeking an SAP Joule Functional Specialist (Functional FDE) on a 12-month contract to drive Joule adoption with business units and IT aligned.

You will own requirements, configure Joule skills within SAP S/4HANA, run UAT, and develop training materials while tracking adoption metrics and ensuring executive stakeholders are engaged. This role requires hands-on SAP Joule/S4HANA experience and strong facilitation to translate business needs into technical specs.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, and Plant Maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Joule or comparable enterprise AI/copilot tools.
• Strong facilitation skills for running workshops with business stakeholders.
• Experience with UAT planning and execution.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with IT, security, and business teams.
• Executive stakeholder management, connecting transformation goals to enterprise AI architecture decisions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Joule and broader SAP Business AI capabilities.
• Familiarity with SAP AI Core/BTP Services and related AI use case scenarios.

Responsabilités

• Identify and qualify Joule use cases with business units.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate needs to Joule configurations.
• Support configuration and tuning of Joule skills, prompts, and workflows within SAP S/4HANA.
• Design and run proof-of-concept engagements with business stakeholders.
• Plan and execute UAT cycles, including test scripts, scenarios, and sign-off.
• Define adoption metrics and usage KPIs post-deployment.
• Maintain a structured intake and prioritization process for new Joule use case requests.
• Keep IT and the security team informed of scope, timelines, and business priorities.
• Lead business discovery workshops, architecture review discussions, and executive-level solution presentations.
• Produce business-facing documentation and training materials.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements for custom Joule Skills, Agents, workflows, and data sources.
• Balance heads-down build time with direct customer engagement, and troubleshoot production issues with users.

Job Description:

Owns the business-facing side of Joule adoption. Partners directly with business stakeholders to identify use cases, gather requirements, configure Joule skills, run UAT, and drive adoption - keeping IT in the loop throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with business units to identify and qualify use cases for Joule

Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into Joule skill configurations

Support configuration and tune Joule skills, prompts, and workflows within SAP S/4HANA

Design and run proof-of-concept engagements with business stakeholders

Plan and execute UAT cycles, including test scripts, scenarios, and sign-off

Define and track adoption metrics and usage KPIs post-deployment

Maintain a structured intake and prioritization process for new Joule use case requests

Keep IT and the technical/security team informed of scope, timelines, and business priorities

Lead business discovery workshops, architecture review discussions, and executive-level solution presentations for strategic AI use cases

Produce business-facing documentation and training materials

Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand current business processes, challenges, and strategic objectives

Define business requirements for custom Joule Skills, Joule Agents, workflows, integrations, and data sources, partnering with the technical team on supporting platform services

Balance heads-down build time with direct customer engagement, and troubleshoot production issues in real time alongside business users

Qualifications:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA high-level solution capabilities in Finance, Procurement, and Plant Maintenance

Hands-on experience with SAP Joule or comparable enterprise conversational AI/copilot tools

Strong facilitation skills for running workshops with business stakeholders

Experience with UAT planning and execution

Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements

Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, security, and business teams

Executive stakeholder management experience, with the ability to connect business transformation goals to enterprise AI architecture decisions

Hands-on experience with SAP Joule and broader SAP Business AI capabilities

Familiarity with SAP AI Core/BTP Services and how it can be leveraged for various AI scenarios, along with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) AI use case scenarios
