Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U Data Conversion Manager to lead end-to-end data-conversion workstreams for utility transformation programs in the United States. You will own migration strategy, governance, and readiness, coordinating SAP functional and ETL teams, data stewards, and program leadership to deliver accurate data loads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-6 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• 3+ years leading a workstream or team.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.
• Experience coordinating utility data owners, SAP functional teams, ETL and tooling teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data-conversion workstream for complex utility programs.
• Own migration strategy, governance, and readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across meter-to-cash processes.
• Drive data quality, mock-conversion cycles, cutover execution, reconciliation, and sign-off.
• Provide leadership from migration through production cutover and stabilization.
