Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• System configuration experience.
• Proficiency in system development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks.
• SAP IS-Oil experience (8+ years).
• Deep functional expertise in SDM and RFNO.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status.
• Lead client sessions, from planning through closure.
• Engage with business users to gather detailed functional requirements.
• Lead functional design and solutioning for IS-Oil SDM and RFNO modules.
• Coordinate with technical teams to align requirements with implementation.
• Drive UAT and support go-live readiness.
