Bayforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Manager for a greenfield S/4HANA Public Cloud project. You will drive integration strategy, architecture, and governance, while hands-on developing CPI-based integrations and leading a network of System Integrators.

The role requires deep CPI, S/4HANA Public Cloud familiarity, API-first approaches, and strong security practices. Remote with travel across the U.S. and Canada; contract through six months with potential conversion.

Formación

• 7+ years SAP integration experience, including at least one SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementation.
• 3+ years hands-on SAP Integration Suite (CPI) experience developing production iFlows.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud integration architecture, including API-only and clean-core principles.
• Experience with SAP Business Accelerator Hub and standard integration content.
• Hands-on expertise with OData V2/V4, REST, SOAP, and IDoc integrations.
• Advanced Groovy scripting skills for complex transformations and routing.
• Experience configuring SAP Cloud Connector, BTP subaccounts, Destination Service, and Credential Store.
• Strong understanding of OAuth2, API security, certificates, and enterprise connectivity.
• Experience establishing integration governance, development standards, and production support processes.
• Ability to evaluate System Integrator deliverables, enforce technical quality, and provide architectural direction.

Responsabilidades

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on SAP Integration Manager to play a key role in a greenfield SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. This position combines integration architecture, technical development, and strategic oversight to help build a scalable, API-first SAP integration environment.

The ideal candidate brings deep SAP Integration Suite (CPI) expertise, strong technical leadership, and the ability to work directly with System Integrators (SIs) while remaining hands-on with complex integration development.

What You'll Do

• Lead the integration architecture, strategy, standards, and governance for a new SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.
• Design and develop complex integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), including reusable iFlows and Groovy scripting.
• Establish API-first, clean-core integration practices leveraging SAP Business Accelerator Hub and SAP-approved APIs.
• Provide technical oversight of System Integrators, reviewing integration designs, challenging technical decisions, and ensuring adherence to established standards.
• Configure and manage SAP BTP components, including Cloud Connector, Destination Service, Credential Store, and subaccounts.
• Build and support integrations between SAP and enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, Procore, and Vertex.
• Establish security, monitoring, error handling, and operational support standards across the integration landscape.
• Lead integration testing, cutover activities, hypercare, troubleshooting, and production readiness.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration inventories, and support procedures while helping develop internal integration capabilities.

• Integration experience with Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake, Procore, or Vertex.
• Familiarity with Boomi migration or coexistence, SAP Activate, and BTP side-by-side extensions.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, construction, or project-based environments.
