Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Integration Lead to architect, design, and deliver robust integration solutions across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, Workforce Software, and various benefits platforms.

This senior role requires deep expertise in integration tools such as SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, and API-based connectivity.

The successful candidate will drive integration strategy, ensure data security and compliance, and enable seamless interoperability between HR, payroll, time, and benefits systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement end-to-end integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll, Workforce Software, and third-party HR/benefits systems.
  • Deliver both standard and custom integration interfaces using tools like SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, and SAP Integration Center.
  • Define integration patterns using technologies such as OData, SOAP, IDocs, SFTP, APIs, BAPIs, BADI’s, and web services.
  • Create and manage interface mappings, value transformations, and error-handling workflows.
  • Lead the full integration lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, vendor collaboration, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct integration workshops with vendors and implementation partners.
  • Perform unit, system, and E2E integration testing with internal teams and external providers.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across interconnected systems including payroll, benefits, and time tracking tools.
  • Maintain technical documentation such as interface catalogs, data flow diagrams, and design specifications.
  • Comply with internal data security, audit, and compliance requirements.
  • Mentor and coach team members and provide knowledge transfer for long-term supportability.
  • Collaborate with HR and business process owners to translate functional needs into technical designs.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables specific to integration streams.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8–15 years of hands-on experience with complex system integrations.
  • Deep understanding of integration requirements for HR, Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits systems.
  • Expertise in SAP CPI, SAP BTP, and integration architecture design.
  • Proficient in SuccessFactors integration tools: Integration Center, OData APIs, SOAP, BIB.
  • Strong experience integrating SAP SF ECP and Workforce Software.
  • Experience in building custom adapters/connectors for legacy and vendor-specific systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet business goals.
  • Experience with HR-FI GL Posting interfacing is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with real-time and batch HR/payroll integrations.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices for data security and integration governance.
  • Exposure to project planning and agile delivery models.
  • Understanding of current HRIS trends and how they can be applied to improve enterprise processes.
