Job summary

Parloa in the United States is seeking an SAP Integration Engineer to lead the end-to-end integration of Parloa’s AI platform with SAP environments such as S/4HANA, ECC, Service Cloud and CRM. You will design, implement, and operate scalable integrations from PoC to production go-live, coordinating with customer SAP teams and Parloa’s Forward Deployed engineers.

This hands-on role requires deep SAP BTP experience, proficiency with iFlows, API connectors, OData/REST/SOAP, and strong problem

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP integration engineering, SAP BTP development, or SAP technical consulting.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI): designing, building, and operating iFlows, API proxies, and event-based integration.
• Understanding SAP data models and APIs across S/4HANA, ECC, Service Cloud, or CRM.
• Proficiency with integration protocols: OData (v2/v4), REST, SOAP, OAuth2, and SAP IAS/XSUAA.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-responsibility customer environments and drive end-to-end integration.
• Clear communicator with SAP engineers and business stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong plus: experience with conversational AI, CX tech stacks in SAP context, and SAP AI Core/Agent Builder.

Responsibilities

• Own SAP integration projects end-to-end from PoC to production go-live.
• Design scalable integration architecture using SAP BTP, API Management, and Event Mesh.
• Build and configure flows: iFlows, API connectors, and data transformations for SAP backends.
• Navigate security policies, SAP IAS/OAuth2, and regulated data handling.
• Collaborate with customer SAP Basis, BTP, and application teams and SAP engineers.
• Support partner enablement and enable repeatable delivery through accelerators.
• Shape the integration practice with playbooks and structured product feedback.
• Provide input to Product and Engineering on SAP integration gaps.
