Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior SAP IBP consultant to lead end-to-end IBP programs across Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory and Response & Supply. You will drive blueprints, advise on IBP features, and manage APO-to-IBP migrations ahead of end-of-maintenance deadlines.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP IBP experience, 2 full IBP implementations, and strong client relationships. Travel 25%–100%. Bachelor's degree required; high-tech industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of functional SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory, and Response & Supply) expertise
• 2 full-cycle IBP implementations with lead project management
• 3 years building trusted client relationships in a consulting capacity
• Pre-sales experience including proposals, oral prep, and leadership presentations
• Experience managing onshore/offshore delivery with distributed teams
• Industry experience in supply chain planning in high-tech sectors
• Bachelor's degree; Associates with 6+ years acceptable
• SAP Certified Associate – SAP IBP for Supply Chain (bonus)
• Experience with AI/ML driven demand sensing and SAP IBP AI capabilities (bonus)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations across modules: Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, and Response & Supply.
• Drive blueprint workshops and advise on IBP functionality and options to optimize planning processes.
• Guide APO-to-IBP migration lifecycle: module mapping, delta design, data migration, cutover.
• Manage delivery across timelines, budgets, and quality for IBP engagements.
• Apply industry knowledge to design fit-for-purpose IBP solutions for clients.
• Support pre-sales: proposals, client demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Develop Accenture IBP point of view including assets and accelerators.
• Lead and mentor IBP consultants and managers; contribute to thought leadership and talent development.
• Travel may be required (25%–100%), depending on business needs and client requirements.
