Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc. seeks a senior SAP IBP/PPDS delivery lead to oversee SAP services delivery across demand and supply planning, IBP and PPDS, and related deployments for North America.

You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors, manage testing and migrations, and ensure alignment with business requirements while driving continuous improvement in IBP/PPDS areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Eight years of experience in IT roles with S/4 HANA PPDS and SAP IBP.
• Demonstrated understanding of full implementation cycle of S/4 modules.
• Ability to configure IBP and S/4 HANA PPDS functions.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, and detailed production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP IBP and PPDS delivery across NA markets, coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
• Define and execute delivery management, processes, changes, and incident management for IBP/PPDS.
• Manage testing, user support, and system upgrades or migrations for IBP/PPDS.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure solutions meet business needs.
