Job summary

A leading IT services company is seeking a SAP HCM Lead III for a contract opportunity in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience with SAP HCM and strong communication skills. You will work closely with business stakeholders and make recommendations based on conceptual designs. Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders on SAP HCM functional with provider Epiuse.
• Make recommendations based on conceptual design.
• Leverage exposure to Payroll, Time, PA, and OM.
• Engage with ATS and SuccessFactors cloud-type (non-SAP).
• Tap into client's HCM thought leaders to add value.

Job Description

On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a SAP HCM Lead III for a contract opportunity in Nashville, TN.

Able to work with business stakeholders who already have their provider (Epiuse) for SAP HCM functional.

Skill around conceptual design, able to make recommendations.

Should have broad exposure to SAP HCM in areas such as Payroll, Time, PA, and OM.

Exposure to ATS, Success factors “cloud type, non‑SAP”.

Should be able to tap into client's thought leaders in the HCM area (value add).
